Biography

Thomas J. Mallios founded Commercial Realty Group, Inc. in 1990. Tom began his career in 1980 with PA Commercial Properties. His areas of expertise include retail site location, restaurant/franchise site location, industrial and office facilities, hotels, investment opportunities, seller/landlord and buyer/tenant representation, and financing. He has worked with major companies such as Bridgestone Firestone, Inc., Taco Bell, Super 8 Motels, Dunkin' Donuts, AT&T, and Penn State Geisinger.
